Change in TAD and Paratransit payment procedure

We are currently working on a new online ticketing system which will be launched in the new upcoming version of the Transcollines App. Therefore, we must temporarily deactivate the “Use of a transit pass” payment method option in the current version of the application from Thursday February 1, 2024, during the work.


All bookings made from February 1, 2024 will only display the “On board cash payment” option. This option should therefore be used by all TAD and Paratransit users. That said, if you wish to use your Transcollines pass to pay for your TAD or Paratransit transportation, you will be able to do so. You will simply have to present it to the driver for validation, along with your proof of payment, while boarding the vehicle.


If you do not have proof of payment for your monthly pass or cash, the driver will be obliged to refuse your boarding.
