Free for children 5 (five) years old and younger accompanied by a fare-paying adult. Maximum of 3 (three) children per adult.
Basic: Regular user with no fare reductions granted (based on user category).
Student: Students under 21 years of age are eligible for reduced fares. Your student status must be renewed every September. Proof of age (under 21 years of age on September 1 of the year of issue) and proof of full-time school registration is required.
Seniors: Seniors 65 years old and above are eligible for reduced fares. Proof of age is required.
Regular: Provides access to the entire public transit network operated by Transcollines.
Combined: Provides access to the entire Transcollines public transit network operated by Transcollines as well as the STO and OC Transpo systems.
Intra: Provides access to Transcollines services located within the administrative boundaries of RCM of Les Collines-de-l’Outaouais. Users with “Intra” fares will not be allowed to board or get off Transcollines vehicles within Gatineau city limits.
Single ride: Valid for a single one-way trip, from boarding to arrival at destination. Fares and fare media must be paid in full (cash only) when boarding.
Monthly pass: Valid for one month of unlimited rides.
- Issuing a Transcollines smart card : A fee of $8 (tax exempt) will be charged.
- Lost, stolen or damaged card : A new card will be issued and the monetary value of the subscription can be recovered at a cost of $10 (tax exempt). If the card has no monetary value, $8 (tax exempt) will be charged.
- A defective card can be replaced at no cost, including the value of its content.
- No online reloading of any Transcollines fares will be available.

The Transcollines Service Centre is located at 5, Principale Ouest in the Sainte-Cécile-de-Masham sector of the municipality of La Pêche and is open from Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Transcollines users can obtain a smart card (please arrive at least 30 minutes before closing time), buy, load, or reload their smart card subscription, reactivate a lost, stolen or defective smart card; and receive information on Transcollines services, fares and special offers.

STO service points and issuing centres
Users can obtain their Transcollines smart card at the service points De la Cité, Galeries Aylmer, Village Place Cartier and STO (111, rue Jean-Proulx).
Users can purchase any Transcollines fare payments in every service points, at the issuing center and any recharging point.
