Closure of Administrative Offices

Please note that our administrative offices will be closed from Tuesday, December 24, 2024, to Thursday, January 2, 2025, inclusive.

We encourage paratransit users to use the Transcollines app to book, modify, or cancel their reservations during our office closure.

On-Demand Service – Regular Schedule

We encourage users to use the on-demand service, which will be available according to its regular schedule throughout the holiday season:

• Sunday to Thursday: 5:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
• Friday and Saturday: 5:30 a.m. to midnight

Emergency Line Available 7 Days a Week

The emergency line will remain accessible throughout the holiday season. Call (819) 456-1114 to have a Transcollines representative assist you during the following hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 5:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
• Friday and Saturday: 5:30 a.m. to 12:30 a.m.
• Sunday: 5:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
