The Transcollines Service Centre is located at 5, Principale Ouest in the Sainte-Cécile-de-Masham sector of the municipality of La Pêche. The office is open from Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (closed from noon to 1:00 PM). At your local Transcollines service centre, you can: Obtain a smart card (please arrive at least 30 minutes before closing time) Buy, load, or reload your smart card Reactivate a lost or stolen smart card (a $10 fee is applicable) Replace your defective smart card (no fee applies) Online recharge of any Transcollines fares is not possible at this time. STO service points and issuing centres Users can obtain their Transcollines smart card at the service points De la Cité, Galeries Aylmer, Village Place Cartier and STO (111, rue Jean-Proulx). Users can purchase any Transcollines titles and fares in every service points, at the issuing center and any recharging point.
