The Transcollines Service Centre is located at 216, chemin Old Chelsea in the office of the MRC des Collines-de-l’Outaouais. The office is open from Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (closed from noon to 1:00 PM). If you are planning an in-person visit, please refer to the Office hours section for current government guidelines. At your local Transcollines service centre, you can: Obtain a smart card (please arrive at least 30 minutes before closing time) Buy, load, or reload your smart card Reactivate a lost or stolen smart card (a $10 fee is applicable) Replace your defective smart card (no fee applies) Online recharge of any Transcollines fares is not possible at this time. STO service points and issuing centres Users can obtain their Transcollines smart card at the service points De la Cité, Galeries Aylmer, Village Place Cartier and STO (111, rue Jean-Proulx). Users can purchase any Transcollines titles and fares in every service points, at the issuing center and any recharging point.
