Potential Strike at the STO

Following the announcement of a possible strike by the Société de transport de l’Outaouais starting Monday, October 20, we would like to inform you that Transcollines will continue to operate its public transit services as usual.

However, this situation could affect riders who normally combine our services with those of the STO, particularly holders of combined passes. We would also like to remind you that our vehicles are already running at full capacity during peak hours with our regular clientele.

👉 It is therefore important to plan alternative options, as we will not be able to accommodate an additional influx of passengers coming from the STO network.

✅ Transcollines services maintained:
• Regular fixed-route service
• Paratransit service
• On-demand transport service

Plan your trips to Gatineau for Monday, October 20

We recommend that you:
• 🚗 Consider carpooling
• 🚶‍♀️🚴‍♂️ Consider active transportation
• 🏠 Work from home when possible

We are aware of the challenges and inconvenience caused by this situation. Like you, we will closely monitor the developments and hope a quick resolution can be reached. Thank you for your understanding.
